Documents accepted as Proof of Funds and Residence

The documents we accept as Proof of Residence are:

  1. Utility bills (electricity, water, gas, internet, phone, etc.)

  2. Bank documents (contracts, certificates, statements, letters)

  3. Government-issued documents (municipal letters, tax forms, or proof of registration)

    Requirements for the document:

    • It must show your full name and address

    • It must have been issued within the last 3 months

    • Bills for non-public services (e.g., online purchases, professional service invoices, etc.) are not valid.

...and as Proof of Funds:

  1. Payroll from the last 3 months

  2. Employment contract

  3. National Insurance Record

  4. Latest income statement

  5. Wealth tax, inheritance tax, etc.

  6. VAT declaration or income retention certificate.

  7. Statements or certificates from financial institutions showing the available funds.

  8. Proof of loan or insurance payments.

  9. Proof of prize collection.

  10. Proof of receipt of pensions.

  11. Court rulings for compensation, divorce, etc.

  12. Contracts evidencing the collection of rents from real estate leases.

The file you submit may be rejected if:

  • It's a photo of a screen

  • Its size exceeds the allowed limits

  • It does not display the required information

  • The information is not fully legible

  • The data has been altered

  • The image is cropped

  • It does not show your name

  • It does not show your full address

  • It does not belong to a valid category

  • It is not an official document

  • It is not a recent document
