The documents we accept as Proof of Residence are:

  1. Utility bills (electricity, water, gas, internet, phone, etc.).

  2. Bank or credit card statements (contracts, statements, letters).

  3. Government-issued documents (letters from your city council, tax documents, or registration certificate).

  • Online sales invoices are not valid.

  • Name and full address must be visible

  • The document must have been issued within the last 3 months.

...and as Proof of Funds:

  1. Payroll from the last 3 months and/or employment contract.

  2. National Insurance Record

  3. Latest income statement

  4. Wealth tax, inheritance tax, etc.

  5. VAT declaration or income retention certificate.

  6. Statements or certificates from financial institutions showing the available funds.

  7. Proof of loan or insurance payments.

  8. Proof of prize collection.

  9. Proof of receipt of pensions.

  10. Court rulings for compensation, divorce, etc.

  11. Contracts evidencing the collection of rents from real estate leases.

The file you submit may be rejected if:

  • It is a screenshot or a photo of a screen.

  • Its size exceeds the allowed limits.

  • It does not display the required information.

  • The information is not fully legible.

  • The data has been altered.

  • The image is cropped.

  • It does not show your name.

  • It does not show your full address.

  • It does not belong to a valid category.

  • It is not an official document.

  • It is not a recent document.
