If you withdrew your money using the standard option, please keep in mind that bank transfers can take anywhere from 24 to 72 business hours, as banks do not process these transfers on holidays or weekends.

If you chose the instant withdrawal option and haven’t received your funds after 2-3 hours, please reach out to us via chat or email ([email protected]), and our Support team will assist you in checking the status of your transaction.

In any case, don’t worry. While bank transfers can occasionally experience delays for various reasons, your money is never lost. If a transfer cannot be completed for any reason, the funds will always be automatically returned to the original account.
