First of all, if you have encountered a specific issue (e.g. a charge you don't understand or a bug with the app), please contact our Support team and we will solve your problem as soon as possible.

If you would still like to cancel your account and remove your details from our customer database:

1. Click on the Profile icon at the top right of the Home page,

2. Scroll down and select: "I don't want to save. Delete my account"

After following a few steps to ensure that your account is ready to be cancelled, you will be able to do so.
