If you'd like to pause your savings and stop any charges to your card, simply deactivate your automatic saving methods in the "Saving" section of the app.
However, if you prefer to close your Goin account and remove your personal information from our database, follow these steps:
Tap on your Profile icon at the top left of the Home page.
Scroll down and select "I don't want to save. Delete my account."
After completing a few steps to ensure your account is ready for deletion, you'll be able to finalize the process.
