If your identity document was already verified in the app, you will receive an automatic notification on the day it expires reminding you to update it.
From that moment on, you have up to 6 months to upload the renewed document. During this period, you will be able to continue using the app normally while you complete the renewal process.
If you are trying to verify your identity for the first time with an already expired document, we will not be able to validate it.
Please note that having your identity verified with a valid document is a mandatory requirement in order to withdraw funds, as required by the Bank of Spain under the current regulations on the prevention of illicit activities.
