During March and April we introduced several updates and changes to the app. The most important one is that Goin is now managed in EURc (Euro Coin), a digital version of the euro backed 1:1 by real euros. You can read more about the changes by clicking here.
Throughout that period we sent you several communications informing you about the change and about the deadline to accept the conversion of your euros to EURc. As we did not receive your consent within the indicated period, your account is currently inactive.
We want to reassure you: your money is safe at all times. What you need to do from now on depends on whether you still have a balance in the app.
If you have a balance in the app
You need to withdraw your money to your bank account from within the app. You will receive it without any problem. If you need to add a new account number, you can contact [email protected]. Once you have received the money, to use Goin again you will need to close your current account and sign up again, this time accepting the conversion to EURc.
If you do not have a balance in the app
You do not need to withdraw anything. To use Goin again, you will need to close your current account and sign up again, this time accepting the conversion to EURc.
