If you have not received a notification that your cashback is pending, it is because your purchase has not been detected correctly. This can happen for several reasons:

  • The purchase was made with Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Curve or another unsupported payment method, please check the terms and conditions of the offer.

  • The purchase was not made with any of the banking products selected for the readings in the "Banking Connection" section.

  • The bank transaction reference does not clearly reflect the name of the merchant.

  • The daily readings of your bank transactions are temporarily disabled, please check the "Banking Connection" section.

If you have not incurred in any of these situations, it is possible that there has been an attribution error. You can email us at [email protected] to open a complaint form.
