First, make sure that the Automatic Cashback offer doesn’t require an accumulated amount to generate the reward. You can check this in the offer details.
If an Automatic Cashback purchase hasn’t been detected, please review the following:
Bank synchronization must be active.
Ensure you’ve selected the banking products in the “Bank Connection” section where your purchases are recorded.
The merchant’s name must appear explicitly in the bank transaction reference. If it doesn’t, or if a different name appears, the Cashback will not be detected.
Purchases paid with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Bizum, Curve, or similar methods may not be eligible.
