Cashback only applies when the offer is visible in your app, regardless of the start and end date of the offer, and provided that the purchase is detected through automatic bank synchronisation.

Only purchases which clearly contain the name of the merchant in the transaction concept are valid. Payments made via Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or similar may not be valid.

On your side, for this method to work, you just need to make sure that you have selected the correct banking products for the readings (bank accounts or credit cards, if supported) in the "Bank Connection" screen and that the status of the readings is "Enabled".
