What is Cashback?
Cashback is a percentage of your purchase that you get back when shopping at our partner stores, which you can explore in the "Offers" section of the app.
Types of Cashback
There are two ways to earn cashback:
Automatic Cashback: Simply have your bank connected and the offer active in the app. Cashback is automatically applied to eligible purchases detected with our daily readings on your banking products
Cashback via Link: For this type, open the merchant directly through our app or our Chrome Extension. To ensure Cashback is activated correctly, log in to the merchant’s site via the provided link, accept cookies, add items to your cart, and complete the payment—all in a single, uninterrupted session. This process guarantees that the last cookie in your browser is from our partner, allowing Cashback to be applied to your purchase.
When to Expect Cashback
If the transaction is detected successfully, you’ll receive a notification 2-3 days after your purchase. From there, depending on the merchant, rewards may take between 5 and 180 days to process.
