Cashback only applies when the offer is visible in your app, regardless of the start and end date of the offer, and provided that the purchase is detected through automatic bank synchronisation. Only debit card purchases are valid (purchases made via Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or similar may not work) and the name of the merchant in the transaction should be clearly visible.On your end, for this method to work, you only need to make sure of the following:1. Have the bank synced correctly in the "My bank" section.2. Have the correct account selected in the "My bank" section of your profile (where your debit card charges are reflected, remember that we do not apply cashback on credit card transactions).
