If you have not received a notification confirming that the cashback is pending validation, your purchase has not been detected correctly. This can happen for a number of reasons: - Your bank account was temporarily disconnected- Your purchase was made with Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Curve or credit card- Your purchase was not reflected in the same bank account that you have synced in "My Bank"- The bank transaction description does not reflect clearly the name of the merchant
